A Little Background
It always helps to have a little background on the author you are reading, so here I begin. This is an "off topic" playground for me. One that is not constrained by the limits of my professional topics. Those topics are recruiting, specifically in the real estate industry.
That is my profession, but everyone knows that recruiters who blog are constrained to topics that prospects and other professionals want to read. Those are topics regarding the job search, and in real estate, those are topics discussing the company an agent would choose to associate with. Most other topics are off limits to the blogging recruiter. The audience would not care to read about my opinions, random thoughts, or positions and issues of importance to me.
To allow myself a place to post these "off topic" thoughts, I have created my own online playground, where I can discuss my perspectives unrelated to my profession. Consider me an average wife, working mother, pet owner and coffee drinker. Pour yourself a cup of coffee, and enjoy!
