Hey, what would you do with a spare hour or two? Today was a "return to work day" after taking a couple of days off. I didn't go anywhere, just stayed home and enjoyed a day or two. How I spent my time would probably surprise a few people, and the ones that know me best wouldn't be surprised at all.

An extra hour, no problem, I have a list a mile long of things I like to do that all can take less than an hour.

• Watch a show that has been on my DVR box for 1 month
• A long, hot bubble bath
• Read (a REAL book), magazine, blogs
• Search "misheard lyrics" on youtube.com (a good laugh is never hard to find)
• Play video games (Guitar Hero, Wii Bowling)
• Nap
• Scrapbooking
• Burn a CD to take in the car for my daily commute
• Organize my digital pictures
• Make jewelry (ok, make earrings, they are easiest to do in under an hour)
• Spend an entire itunes card

At under an hour each, just think of how much you can do in a 4 day weekend! Notice I did NOT mention anything resembling work?? Ok, so now everyone knows I tend to "walk on the tame side" in regards to my activities, but at least I know how to make every minute count!
